Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.

  Exercise Data

We may process users' exercise data to improve user experience and help users reach their goals more effectively.

All exercise data is processed on the device and are not stored on our servers. You may delete your exercise data at any time.

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Your information, including Personal Data, may be processed at the Company’s operating offices and in any other locations where the parties involved in processing the data are located. You have the right to delete or request deletion of the Personal Data we have collected about you. Our Service provides you with the ability to delete certain personal information: you may be able to delete your account or remove data through the app’s account settings.

If you are unable to delete certain information via the app, you can contact us at any time to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. When we receive such a request, we will handle it in accordance with applicable laws. Please note that we may need to retain certain information for legal reasons or lawful basis purposes – 

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, Your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before Your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
